Welcome to the Coldstream Elementary PAC Hot Lunch Site

This site allows you to order hot lunch for your child(ren). If you have inquiries or concerns about your order please contact Miranda Vanderhorst our PAC Hotlunch Coordinator at mirandahotlunch@gmail.com 

This site is also used during special events to order food, wrist bands, and other fundraising initiatives such as Christmas cookies, chocolates and Spring flower baskets.

Please keep in mind that you will need to re-register at the start of every school year. This means a new password for yourself as well as your child(ren)'s details.

Deadline to order for the following week is always Saturday at midnight for the following week's menu items.  There will be NO refunds for any reason. If your child is away sick, you can notify the school before 10:30am to pick up the lunch at 12:30pm on the day of hot lunch. Otherwise the parent volunteers will use their discretion what to do with the food. If your child's class is on a school field trip the lunch will be kept in the PAC kitchen until the class returns. 

All accounts require payment in full at time of ordering. Unfortunately, we were experiencing too many unpaid accounts and will only include fully paid orders to our vendors. To ensure that your child's food order is included in our weekly order, please make sure you have paid.

We believe fostering communication between parents and the PAC helps create a supportive and effective environment for our children.

PAC meetings are held the first Monday of each month at 6:30pm in the school library. Babysitting provided upon request.
